During construction, all upper level interior walls were removed and a completely new floor plan installed, the roof was redesigned adding the new main gable structure facing the street, and another new gable creating the entrance hall with the new front entryway and stairs; the top loft dormer was added, a electrical service, water main, and new sewer line were added; insulation, wiring, plumbing, heating, and lighting were all upgraded or completely redone, all windows are new, all light fixtures are new, and all flooring (except concrete) is new, and many other changes and upgrades were made. It has not been lived in since the completion of construction.

  Construction

The East wing addition was built in about 1989 by the current owner with all appropriate building code approvals in a manner which compliments the rest of the house. Recently the lighting fixtures and other hardware were upgraded to match the newer construction of the main portion of the house.
