| Construction |
The main part of the building was recently architecturally redesigned and reconstructed, completing in October 2006.
Primary work was performed by Mandeville Construction. During construction, all upper level interior walls were removed and a completely new
floor plan installed, the roof was redesigned adding the new main gable structure facing the
street, and another new gable creating the entrance hall with the new front entryway and stairs;
the top loft dormer was added, a electrical service, water main, and new sewer line were added;
insulation, wiring, plumbing, heating, and lighting were all upgraded or completely redone, all
windows are new, all light fixtures are new, and all flooring (except concrete) is new, and many
other changes and upgrades were made. It has not been lived in since the completion of construction.

East Wing |
The East wing addition was built in about 1989 by the current owner with all appropriate building code approvals in a manner which compliments the rest of the house. Recently the lighting fixtures and other hardware were upgraded to match the newer construction of the main portion of the house. |
